8. Refund Policy

Our 2-Day Money Back Guarantee for NodeJS, Python, and game hosting plans starts immediately upon payment for the server, but only applies to payments made through PayPal. If you find the services unsatisfactory within the initial 2 days of your purchase and have paid through PayPal, you are eligible to request a refund. Kindly note that this guarantee does not apply to VPS's, web hosting, or other products.
8.2. To qualify for a refund, you must not have violated our Acceptable Use Policy within the first 2 days. Breach of the policy disqualifies you from receiving a refund.
8.3. Beyond the initial 2 days, no further refunds will be granted. We strongly encourage you to review your purchase thoroughly before the guarantee period concludes.
8.4. Chargebacks will not be applicable for refund requests. If you wish to seek a refund, you must open a support ticket via Discord or use the live chat on our main site.
